In 1867, Canada was born. It was, and still is, a nation of a diverse, proud, people, and wondrous, sublime beauty.

 A hundred years later, in 1967, in what was then a small town called Barrie, Eastview Secondary School became home to a new breed of students: WILDCATS.

     

     

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     For the last 50 years, Eastview has turned-out generations of students, defined by their academic excellence and athletic prowess.

​

     However, the title of "Wildcat," isn't limited only to Eastview's students, but to its educators as well; its teachers. For half a century this school's teachers have educated, mentored, coached and inspired their students to enter the world full of passion, with bright minds,  and most importantly, with the hearts of Wildcats.

​

     And so, we celebrate. As students, teachers, coaches, parents and alumni, we unite to celebrate the school that helped shape the people we have become today.

 

     For the weekend of May 12, 2017,  you are all invited back to high school, to walk down hallways of memories, and to forever be a Wildcat.
